THERAPY TO HELP YOU FEEL BETTER, UNDERSTAND YOURSELF, AND MOVE FORWARD CONFIDENTLY

Services provided: Choosing to begin therapy is a deeply personal decision, and each person’s journey is different. Whether you’re navigating a mental health issue or trying to make sense of a specific life challenge, I’m here to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space and a framework for healing, self-understanding, and personal growth. I offer psychotherapy via telehealth to adults struggling with a wide array of concerns including:

  • Anxiety and excessive worry

  • Depression

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Grief

  • Major life changes

  • Relationship stress

  • Burnout

  • Work and school stress

  • Feeling emotionally unstable

  • Making important life decisions

  • Moving past areas where you feel stuck or disconnected.

Even if you’re problem isn’t listed above, you're still welcome to reach out. Therapy is individualized, and we can discuss whether my practice is a good fit for your needs.

Therapeutic Process: I use an integrative approach to psychotherapy that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and modern psychodynamic therapy. Together, we'll identify patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while exploring the experiences that have shaped them. Treatment is tailored to your goals and may focus on developing practical coping skills, improving your ability to handle your emotions, strengthening relationships, processing difficult experiences, and creating meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you feel better in the present while building insight and resilience for the future.

Specialized Services: A small but important part of my practice is dedicated to individuals diagnosed with Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorders, or Bipolar Disorder. Psychotherapy can offer a crucial complement to pharmacological treatment to support your recovery. When appropriate, I work in coordination with medication providers and support systems for a high standard of comprehensive mental health care.

I am also uniquely specialized in Dialectical-Behavior Therapy (DBT). I support individuals currently engaged in DBT Skills Groups or those who have benefitted from such approaches in the past. Individual sessions reinforce and expand DBT skills, including:

  • Emotion regulation

  • Distress tolerance

  • Mindfulness

  • Interpersonal effectiveness

Whether you're looking to strengthen existing DBT skills or apply them to new challenges, therapy provides a supportive space to practice these strategies and integrate them into everyday life.
