Evidence-Based Treatment for Insomnia
SLEEP WELL. LIVE WELL.
If you're struggling to fall asleep, stay asleep, or wake up feeling rested, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for chronic insomnia. CBT-I helps you improve sleep by addressing the thoughts and behaviors that contribute to insomnia without making you feel like you need to rely on sleep medication.
As a licensed psychologist, I provide personalized CBT-I to help people develop healthier sleep habits, reduce sleep-related anxiety, and achieve lasting improvements in sleep quality. Treatment may include a sleep assessment, sleep scheduling, relaxation strategies, and practical techniques to change unhelpful sleep patterns.
CBT-I is effective for chronic insomnia and sleep difficulties related to anxiety, depression, stress, chronic pain, and other health conditions. Many clients only need 6–8 sessions to improve their sleep.
I provide treatment via telehealth for adults and teenagers in New Jersey and 40+ states via PSYPACT.
If your sleep is affected by anxiety, I also provide therapy that helps.
